Solar Revolution Complaint Handling Procedure
At Solar Revolution we strongly believe that every individual has a right to make complaint about their interactions with our services.
Solar Revolution fully takes charge of any complaint in high priority and aims to resolve it at the earliest.
Solar Revolution always do its best to go above and beyond for our customers, but we understand that sometimes issues do arise which may or may not be within our control.
How to make a complaint
All individual who have a complaint regarding our product supplied or service provided, can make a complaint to us by calling on 1300 924 070 or giving us written notice of this by post at 14 deans court Dandenong south or email on customercare@solarrevolution.com.au
Our Process To Resolve The complaint
Once the complaint has received, we make a record in our system. Then we investigate about the nature of the issue and the customer is advised on the number of days required to process the complaint. Then we will inform and organize a site visit for responsible personnel or organization (installer, contractor or an installation company) to go and fix the issue in timely manner. During these exercise, follow ups with the customer is conducted until the query is resolved, post which the system is updated after the service, one last follow up is done to ensure smooth functioning of the system installed.
If for any reason customer is not satisfied by the outcome of complaint made to Solar Revolution and want to raise the complaint further can visit the relevant Fair Trading or Consumer Affairs offices in their state or territory as follows:
